Hi Friends! Welcome back to the Sing Along with Mandy Podcast. I’m Mandy, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I love to sing songs and play fun – and sometimes silly – games and I especially love to sing and play with you. We’re going to sing lots of lovely songs today.

Rhythm repeat
Let’s play our Rhythm Repeat game! First, let’s warm up our hands with a drumroll. Use you hands to slap your thighs! (drumroll)
Can you clap your hands? (clap) Can you snap your fingers? (snap) Can you slap your knees? (Slap) I call this next game Rhythm Repeat. It’s very easy.
I’m going to say some very silly words and then you repeat them. You can clap, snap and slap along too!

In keeping with the theme of our show with mixed up melodies, I can change the syllables we say and still practice the same rhythm. So, just like our numbers episode – Episode 13: Numbers, Numbers, Numbers, let’s play our rhythm repeat game with numbers.
